Shipping

Every DADDY.TALK shirt is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for fulfillment before your order ships. Shipping time is additional and varies based on destination, carrier, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

​

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, incorrect addresses, product availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because every DADDY.TALK shirt is printed specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Choosing the wrong size

• Changing your mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Preference regarding fit or style

 

Please review the product description and size information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please email hello@daddy.talk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the issue

 

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment provider and carrier.

Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Made-to-Order Products

DADDY.TALK products are produced on demand after an order is placed. Because of this, production cannot always be stopped once fulfillment has begun.

The DADDY.TALK name, branding, designs, artwork, photographs, written content, product concepts, and other original materials appearing on daddy.talk are owned by or licensed to DADDY.TALK / Dream Garden Pictures LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our designs or website content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in the design printed on that product.

You agree not to use daddy.talk:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• To interfere with the website or its security

• To attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data

• To copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission
